Does the recipient see anything?+

No. A tiny invisible image is added to the email; links work exactly as before.

Why does an open sometimes not show?+

If the recipient's mail app blocks images, opens can't be detected. Clicks are still tracked.

Are repeat opens counted?+

Yes. Gmail caches images, so some quick repeat opens may be merged — counts are a close lower bound.

Will I get notified when my computer is off?+

Email alerts always arrive. Desktop pop-ups appear while the dashboard or installed app is running.

Do I need a subscription for each Gmail account?+
